Through a strategic network of facilitators, Peryam and Associates is able to meet its clients' needs by offering diverse business and public sector service experience.
We strive to grow and maintain a client base that depends on us to facilitate group collaborative sessions. We want to always delight clients by exceeding expectations of what a/the group can accomplish by providing customized facilitation plans, and offering facilitation training so that more purposeful meetings will take place.

Susan's Bio
Susan Peryam, President of Peryam and Associates is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators and a CPF Assessor.
Susan's background includes experience working with all levels of personnel in financial services, manufacturing, entertainment, government, and nonprofit organizations
|

- Results oriented individual focused on goal setting, measurement and continuous improvement.
- Twelve years experience leading, directing, and implementing quality management and organizational excellence practices.
- Over ten years management and cost accounting experience.
- Three years internal consulting experience with a focus on Leadership Team formation, strategic planning and use of the Baldrige framework for business excellence.
A graduate from the State University of West Georgia, Susan holds a BBA in Accounting and has completed advanced studies in Group Facilitation, Quality Management, and High Performance Organization Design.
Susan has facilitated multi-level strategic planning sessions, cross division-multi function business process design sessions, team chartering, problem solving, decision making, and visioning and values sessions. She has taught, led and coached facilitation teams and individuals.
Among her many community and professional activities, Susan serves on the Board of the International Association of Facilitators, is a CPF Assessor, and served as the 2008 North America conference chair. She is the Immediate Past President, Past Program Vice President and Awards judge for the Southeast Association of Facilitators, and was awarded 2008 Facilitator of the Year. For many years she was a member and Certified Quality Manager with the American Society for Quality, and served as a senior examiner for the State of Georgia’s Quality Award (Georgia Oglethorpe Award) Process. She is past chairman of the board for Georgia Health Occupations Students of America, as well as past president of the Coweta Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association where she was named Business Woman of the Year twice.
